The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has denounced the joint military exercises US-South Korea Wednesday, saying it was an "intolerable provocation martial", reported the official news agency KCNA.
"The military exercise is an experimental nuclear war large (on both the number of) modern troops involved. The shells are used in combat conditions simulated, which is intended to mount a preemptive attack," said the door Speaker of the National Peace Committee of the DPRK.
The spokesman said that the exercises are taking place under the pretext of the sinking of a warship South Korean, Cheonan, have clearly demonstrated the degree of madness in the South and its allies in the war preparations .
